Who we are
Best Score Consulting LLC ("BestScore", "we", "us") is a Wyoming limited liability company with a correspondence address in Florida. We serve clients across the United States. Contact: contact@bestscore.us, +1 (954) 640-2299.
Information we collect
- Information you submit on the website. When you complete the credit quiz, we receive your name, phone number, email (if provided), and your answers about your credit score range, goals, and credit issues.
- Information you share when you contact us by WhatsApp, phone, or email.
- Information you provide when you become a client. To provide services, we may receive your credit reports, identity documents, and other personal and financial information under a written service agreement.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time of the request) for security and reliability.
- Website usage analytics. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the website, for example which pages they view, where they click, and how far they scroll. Clarity collects this information through cookies and similar technologies and may record anonymized session replays. Text you type into form fields is masked and is not sent to Clarity. The website does not use advertising cookies.
How we use information
- To respond to your request and contact you about it.
- To provide a preliminary assessment and, if you become a client, to provide our services.
- To protect the website and our clients against fraud and abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Credit checks
Preliminary assessments are made through a soft inquiry (soft pull) with your authorization. A soft inquiry does not affect your credit score. We do not make a hard inquiry on your credit without your knowledge and consent. If you choose to apply for financing, the lender may make a hard inquiry as part of its own application process, which we will explain to you in advance.
How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to respond to you and provide services:
- Service providers that help us operate, such as our website hosting provider, email provider, and the messaging service we use to receive website requests internally.
- Service partners. Depending on your situation, services may be provided together with a partner credit repair organization, and you may sign an agreement with that partner as well as with us. In that case we share the information needed to provide the services you requested.
- Lenders and financing partners, only when you ask us to help you obtain financing and authorize it.
- Legal reasons, when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
Third-party services
If you contact us through WhatsApp, your messages are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. Links to third-party websites are governed by those websites' policies.
Website usage data collected through Microsoft Clarity is processed by Microsoft. For more information about how Microsoft collects and uses data, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will continue to work.
Data security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep information as long as needed to respond to you, provide services, and meet legal, accounting, and record-keeping requirements.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by writing to contact@bestscore.us. Depending on the state where you live, you may have additional privacy rights; we will respond to requests as required by applicable law.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
