About us
Best Score Consulting LLC ("BestScore", "we", "us") is a Wyoming limited liability company with a correspondence address in Florida, serving clients across the United States.

Content on this website, including articles and answers to questions, is general information. It is not legal, tax, or individualized financial advice. For advice about your specific situation, consult a qualified professional, such as an attorney or tax advisor.
Credit repair services
- Credit repair services are provided only under a separate written service agreement. Depending on your situation, the agreement may be signed with Best Score Consulting LLC and/or with a partner credit repair organization. If anything in these Terms conflicts with your service agreement, the service agreement controls.
- Under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you may cancel your service agreement without penalty or obligation within 3 business days after signing it.
- You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report directly with the credit bureaus at no cost. Neither you nor any credit repair organization has the right to have accurate, current, and verifiable information removed from your credit report. See Consumer Credit File Rights.
- No guarantee of specific results. Results depend on your individual situation, and we do not promise any particular credit score, outcome, or timeline.
- Money-back guarantee: if no items are removed from your credit reports within 6 months, we refund your credit repair service fees in full. The guarantee requires that no new hard inquiries appear on your credit reports during the program. Credit monitoring fees are non-refundable. Full terms are set out in your written service agreement.
Financing assistance
We help clients find financing options that may fit their needs. Approval, rates, and terms are determined solely by the lender, and approval is not guaranteed. Preliminary assessments are made through a soft inquiry, which does not affect your credit score. We do not make a hard inquiry on your credit without your knowledge and consent; a lender may make a hard inquiry when you choose to apply.
Communications
By submitting a request on the website, you agree that we may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, or email about your request. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by writing to contact@bestscore.us.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, including submitting false information, attempting to access systems without authorization, or interfering with the website's operation.
Intellectual property
Website content, design, and branding belong to Best Score Consulting LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except for personal, non-commercial reading.
Third-party links
The website may link to third-party websites and services, such as WhatsApp or government resources. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Best Score Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws, including CROA.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer protection laws of your state of residence apply.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top shows when they were last changed.
